Still Here is operated by Sahaj Tech LLC
Plain-language summary: Still Here is a check-in tool, not an emergency service. It does not contact 911 or any emergency responder. You are responsible for informing your emergency contacts and for keeping your account active.
Still Here, a service of Sahaj Tech LLC (“we”, “us”), provides a daily check-in notification system. You set a time; if you miss it, we notify the people you designate. That is the entire service.
We are not an emergency service. We do not contact police, fire departments, paramedics, or any government agency. The non-emergency welfare check at the end of the escalation chain is a call to a local non-emergency police line placed only after your emergency contacts have been notified and have not confirmed your safety.
Still Here is a one-time $5 payment for lifetime hosted access. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your payment receipt.
Self-hosted deployments are free. The Docker image and source code are available on GitHub under an open-source license.
Still Here is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, delivery of notifications, or the actions of third-party services (Twilio, Resend, Firebase). We are not liable for missed check-ins due to network failures, device issues, or third-party outages.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service ($5 for hosted users; $0 for self-hosted users).
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, are dormant for more than 12 months without activity, or are used to abuse third-party services.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
